Employee Development

Greystone has a long history of developing new employees through our continuous contact and support of local trade schools and colleges. Through supporting co-op and summer employment opportunities for potential future full-time employees, both Greystone and the future worker have the chance to get to know each other and evaluate a long-term successful and mutually beneficial work relationship. Several multi-generational families have benefited from this program and are now long-time successful Greystone employees as well as master craftmen in the machining of high precision parts.
